Eligibility for refunds
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase for internships and courses, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the program material and have not been issued a certificate, offer letter or any other deliverable.
Non-refundable items
Customized business services, automation builds, branding work, and any service that has already been delivered or is in active production are non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
How to request a refund
Email hello@startupindiatech.space from your registered email with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled call or workshop up to 24 hours before the session for a full credit. Later cancellations forfeit the session fee.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — almost all disputes can be resolved directly and faster.
