You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Programs, payments and pricing
Prices for internships, courses and business services are listed on the Service in INR and other supported currencies. Taxes may apply. Payment is processed through third-party gateways (Cashfree, PayPal). Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, posting unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, or disrupting normal operation.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and course materials are the property of Startup India Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startup India Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
